Ciao, On June 5th I travel to Milan Italy to prepare for a wonderful and exciting summer. This year 19 fashion students will arrive from, Charlotte, Denver, Miami and Providence. Together we will explore the importance of fashion, architecture and culture and how it all plays an extremely important part in the lives of all Italians young and old. The students will have the opportunity to meet industry leaders, attend fashion shows and visit historical places that play an important role in the foundation and building of fashion, not only in Italy but in the world. As I travel with the students both to Milan and Florence , journaling will become an important part of my learning about a culture and its people that I hope to be able to become more familiar with and soon to call my home.
